At Colored Pet Portraits, we genuinely want you to love your unique digital artwork. Because each portrait is a custom-made digital file created specifically for you, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once the creative process has begun or the final file has been delivered.
Quality Guarantee & Unlimited Revisions
We stand by the quality of our work and offer Unlimited Revisions during the creative process to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your portrait.
- Unlimited Revisions: We will modify your digital portrait as many times as necessary until it meets your expectations – before the final approval.
- Final Approval is Binding: Once you have reviewed the preview and given your final approval to deliver the high-resolution files, the order is considered fully executed and completed.
- No Changes After Approval: After the final files are delivered following your approval, no further revisions, modifications, or technical works will be performed.
- No Refunds: Since you have the opportunity to request unlimited changes during the process, no refunds will be issued after the final files have been approved and sent.
Subjective Preferences
Art is subjective. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are commissioning an artist to interpret your photo in their specific style. Since we offer unlimited revisions before final delivery, we do not offer refunds if the artistic style doesn’t meet subjective personal preferences after the work is completed.
Technical Issues
If the final delivered file is corrupted, contains a technical error, or cannot be opened, we will promptly resend the identical approved file to ensure you can access your artwork. Please contact us at [email protected] for any technical assistance.
Special Terms for EU and UK Customers
Under the consumer protection laws (including GPSR) for digital content:
- Custom Digital Goods: The standard 14-day “right of withdrawal” does not apply to digital items that are custom-made or clearly personalized.
- Consent: By purchasing our digital portrait, you express consent for the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered to you.
- Legal Guarantee: We guarantee that our digital files will conform to the description provided and will be fit for their intended purpose (printing/digital display).
